William "Bill" Gehring (born December 20, 1962) is a psychologist, and in 2014 is the Arthur F. Bill graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 1982 with a Doctoral degree in cognition and cognitive neuroscience. He then completed a post-doctoral training at the University of California, Davis, before accepting a position at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
